The HasLab Snow C.A.T. is arriving early, and the first in-hand photos show what 16,437 backers bought

Hasbro’s own HasLab page for the G.I. Joe Classified Series Snow C.A.T. still reads “Shipping Fall 2026”. Backers started opening theirs this week, and it is not Fall yet.

Toy News International reported on August 20 that Hasbro had emailed backers a shipping notice, giving them until August 25 to correct a delivery address through Customer Care. Hasbro told them it is releasing the vehicles in batches as they reach the warehouse, so some will land well ahead of others. Five days later the first in-hand photographs surfaced, shared through the Full Force podcast with photo credit to Timothy Jacob. They are unboxing shots rather than studio shots: a shipper packed with moulded pulp trays, every sub-assembly bagged separately, decal sheets and instruction booklets slotted in beside them, and three windowed figure boxes in their own compartment.

What $324.99 actually bought

The campaign ran from June 30, 2025 to 11:59PM ET on August 14, 2025 and needed 8,000 backer orders to fund. It closed with 16,437, which unlocked every tier Hasbro had put on the board.

Reading off the Pulse campaign page, SKU G20435L00, the package is:

That accessory count is the reason the shipper looks the way it does in the fan photos. This is a build, not a vehicle you lift out of a tray.

The lights were the sales pitch, and they are in the box

Hasbro’s own tier copy leaned on the “ice blue LED lighting” when it was asking for 10,000 orders. The interior in the official photography is the thing that line was selling: a console of separately tooled screens under blue light, with the canopy hinged up out of the way.

Forty years on from the original

The 1985 Snow Cat was a half-track with a canopy and a driver, and it shipped with Frostbite then too. The Classified version keeps the silhouette, the front-wheels-and-rear-tracks layout and the EB-884 markings, and scales the whole thing up to sit alongside 6 inch figures. Collectors comparing it to the HasLab Flagg have the right frame of reference for what Hasbro is doing with this programme.

If you want arctic Joes and you did not back the campaign, the Arctic Battle 3-Pack is the retail route, and Frostbite has an entry in the encyclopedia if you want the file card version of the man driving it.

No, you cannot still buy one

The Pulse page now reads FUNDING ENDED and carries no purchase control at all, which is how HasLab works: the run is the number of people who backed it. There is no retail allocation coming and no preorder to join. The aftermarket is the only route, and on a 16,437 unit run it will be a busy one.
