Cobra Commander finds the Dragonfire energy and Scoop finds out Cobra lied to him!

The DiC run dropped the Sunbow-era public-service spots in favor of leaner, plot-driven endings. Continuity nods to the Sunbow era appear when convenient and are sidelined when the toy slate of the moment took priority. Morality plays remain, but the editorial voice is tighter.
