Sgt. Slaughter Rides the Triple T: $109.99 Pulse Exclusive, Preorder Opens August 12

Sgt. Slaughter Rides the Triple T: $109.99 Pulse Exclusive, Preorder Opens August 12

Hasbro is putting the Tag Team Terminator back on the shelf, and it is bringing the drill instructor with it. The G.I. Joe Classified Series Sgt. Slaughter and Triple “T” set was revealed at Hasbro’s San Diego Comic-Con 2026 panel as a Hasbro Pulse exclusive at $109.99, shipping in Fall 2026.

Hasbro announced at the panel that the preorder opens Tuesday, August 12 at 1:00pm ET. Worth being precise about this: that date came from the convention panel, not from Hasbro’s own web properties. As of today there is no product page on hasbropulse.com and nothing on the Pulse events calendar, so treat August 12 as announced rather than confirmed until the listing appears.

What is in the box

The Triple “T” itself is the centrepiece. It rolls on working treads and carries two missiles, two movable cannons, a protective canopy, a dashboard display and an articulated joystick. The grill plate is hinged, and folding it down opens a battle platform with weapon storage and a comms array, which is a neater bit of engineering than the 1987 original ever attempted.

The 6-inch Sgt. Slaughter figure ships with seven accessories: three alternate hands, a helmet, the drill instructor baton, a knife, and one further weapon accessory, plus a removable cover and his sunglasses. The baton and the sunglasses are the tell that Hasbro is aiming this at the 1986 mail-away silhouette rather than the wrestling-crossover version.

Why this one matters

Slaughter has been having a year. Classified Series #220 put his Mad Marauders sub-team of Footloose, Mutt and Junkyard into a single box only last week, and this set gives that group its ride. Buy both and you have most of a 1989 shelf scene in current-scale plastic.

If you want a Slaughter on the shelf before then, two of his existing Classified figures are in stock at Big Bad Toy Store today: the #173 two-pack with Mercer at $59.99, and the #129 Deluxe Mad Marauders single at $19.24, currently 45 percent off. Neither is the Triple T set, but the #129 is the same Marauders-era look the new figure is drawing on.

The catch is the exclusive tag. Pulse exclusives at this price tend to sell through their first allocation quickly and then reappear in ones and twos, so the 1:00pm ET window on the twelfth is the one that counts. We will update this post with the buy link the moment the Pulse listing is actually live.
