Nemesis Immortal is back at $51.99, and sealed ones have been going for three times that

If you missed Nemesis Immortal in 2024, and a lot of us did (I watched that Pulse window close from the wrong side of a work call), he is back. Classified Series #140 Nemesis Immortal reopened for preorder this afternoon at $51.99, arriving November 2026, and the part that actually matters is that he is not a Hasbro Pulse exclusive any more.

That makes two Classified reissues in two days after the Arctic B.A.T. came back at $27.99 last night. Hasbro is working through the back catalogue, and Cobra-La is a strange and very welcome place to go next.

The price now, and the price you would have paid yesterday

The 2024 release was a Hasbro Pulse exclusive at $44.99, live on October 28 that year, and it did not hang around. Today it is $51.99. That is seven dollars more, about sixteen percent, which is roughly what the whole deluxe tier has done in two years.

Then there is the number that makes this worth writing up. We went through eBay’s sold listings this evening and counted 27 sealed single-figure sales between August 3 and September 2, ignoring lots, loose figures and box protectors. They ran from $115.00 to $175.55, and the median was $149.99. Eighteen of the twenty seven landed between $140 and $160.

So the reissue is arriving at roughly a third of what the aftermarket has been charging all month. If you have had this one on a saved search and been wincing at it, that is the entire story, and you can stop wincing!

What actually comes in the box

Seven accessory pieces, and for once the count is not fiddly: the alternate head, two alternate hands, two swords, the removable articulated wings, and the bio-mechanical tentacle spray that pegs into his back. Add them up and you get seven, which is a nice change from yesterday’s Arctic B.A.T. and its footlocker riding outside the count.

Hasbro’s own page puts the wingspan at 15.5 inches fully extended, which is most of a ruler, and it also warns that some poses may need extra support. Believe them.

The tentacles are the reason to own this thing rather than just shelve it. Swap the masked head for the pale mutated one and peg the spray into his back. He stops being a purple guy with wings and turns into the thing the file card keeps promising.

Hasbro’s own copy calls it a “Bio-Mechanical eldritch horror”. That is a lot of hyphen for a back peg, and I have read it four times now and I am still delighted!

A note on the name

Hasbro sells him as Nemesis Immortal. You may know him as Nemesis Enforcer, which is what he is called in G.I. Joe: The Movie and what our archive files him under. Same winged bodyguard, same Golobulus giving the orders (the coil of him in that throne room is still one of the strangest things the movie put on screen). Different name on the box. Hasbro then prints the file card with File Name: Classified, which is either a shrug or a very good joke, and I choose to read it as the second one. If you go looking for him in our character archive, that is where he lives.

Where it is live, and one place it already is not

We read three listings first hand this evening rather than taking anyone’s word for it, and they do not agree with each other.

  • Hasbro Pulse, SKU G03355L00, $51.99, Pre-Order, and Hasbro’s own line is “available to ship on approximately November 1, 2026”.
  • BigBadToyStore, product 195840, pre-order with a live add to cart, $51.99, arriving November 2026, limited to two per customer.
  • Entertainment Earth, item HSG0335, $51.99, and this is the one to know about. Their search page still shows him as a September 2 pre-order. Open the product page and it reads Pre-Sold Out, with no add to cart, only a wishlist button and a stock alert, and an estimate of January 2027.

So Entertainment Earth’s allocation went in a few hours, and their remaining estimate is two months behind everybody else’s. If you came in off an aggregator naming EE first, go to Pulse or BBTS instead.

HissTank also names TFSource, The Chosen Prime and Amazon, and Toy Habits adds Nerdzoic. We did not open those, so read them yourself if you have a preference. The price agreed everywhere we looked, which is not always how these go!

One more thing before you panic on the BBTS page: it shows Substandard as sold out. That is a package grade, not the figure, and BBTS Mint is the one with the live add to cart. It is a recurring trap on that site and it has fooled all of us at least once (twice, in my case).

The bit the comments went straight to

Over on Toy News International the reaction was not really about Nemesis Immortal at all. Admiralty_Entertainment wondered whether this is “a prelude to announcing a certain other Cobra-La character who hasn’t yet been released in Classified form”. Lord_Scareglow answered his own version of that with “Come On Golobulus!” Jscott991 asked for Pythona to be made available again.

That is the Cobra-La problem in one thread. We already have the Cobra-La Royal Guard in the archive, Pythona exists in ReAction form, and the one name everybody actually wants is still missing from Classified entirely. A reissue is not a roadmap, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. But Hasbro does not usually restock a faction it is finished with, and we will take the hint happily enough.
