Entertainment Earth has the Classified Cobra Commander throne set in stock at $69.99, filed under its Hasbro name
If you have been checking on the Classified throne set and coming back with nothing, the stock is not the problem. The name is. Entertainment Earth has had the set on the shelf since 13 October, badged Hot Off The Truck. Its listing carries a live Add To Cart at $69.99, and says the box usually leaves the warehouse within three business days [1]. It sells it as the Deluxe Cobra Commander in Dress Uniform, a name Hasbro uses on its own paperwork and nobody in the hobby uses.
BigBadToyStore calls the same thing the Classified Series #221 Cobra Commander Action Figure with Throne Set, the name that has been attached to it since the preorders opened, and its listing this morning still reads PRE-ORDER with an estimated arrival of November 2026 [2]. The price is identical at both stores; one of them is holding boxes and the other is still waiting for them.
Hasbro’s own store is the odd one out. A search of Hasbro Pulse for Cobra Commander this morning returns no matches at all, on any wording we tried, which means the manufacturer has nothing to sell you on a figure its distributors are already shipping [3].
The number on the box
Amazon has a listing up too, and it files the set under a third name again, the Classified Series #221 Cobra Commander Gala Uniform [4]. Toy News International went with a fourth yesterday, Hooded Cobra Commander with Throne Set, and then linked through to the Dress Uniform page [5]. None of those names is wrong, but only one identifier is printed on the box itself.
The number is printed on the box, in red, down the left-hand panel.

Hasbro numbers the Classified line on the package and not in the product name, so 221 is the only identifier that survives a trip from one retailer’s catalogue to another. Our own catalogue entry for the set files it that way for the same reason.
What is actually in it
Hasbro’s copy counts nine accessory pieces: the staff, a knife, four alternate hands, the snake-coiled globe, a weapon accessory, and the snake hood throne itself, plus the removable crown and the cloth cape, which it lists separately [1]. A seat big enough for the figure to sit on counts as an accessory! Cobra Commander has had a great many figures in this scale and has never had anywhere to sit in it.
One thing to know before you order
We wrote in August about the first six thousand or so sets, which shipped with the early shoulder regalia before Hasbro caught the rest of the production run. Hasbro said at the time that the remainder would be correct, and it has never said which cases carry which version. Boxes arriving at a distributor in the middle of October are a long way down the run from the ones that went out in early August, so the odds favour the corrected cords, but that is an inference and not a guarantee, and anyone buying for the variant specifically will not know which version is in the box until it is open.
For the other Classified listing at the same two stores, our write-up of the Crankcase and A.W.E. Striker set covers a case where the gap between the retailers was forty-five dollars rather than a few weeks.
