NYCC 2026 · Final record
NYCC 2026 ran October 8 to 11. This is our record of what was announced for G.I. Joe, closed on October 14, 2026 and kept as it stood. The standing hub for the next show is on the NYCC hub.
The short version
G.I. Joe came to NYCC 2026 in four places. Hasbro held its action brands panel on Thursday, October 8 at 7:15 PM ET and brought new Classified Series figures, Skybound ran the Transformers & G.I. Joe Energon Universe session on Saturday, October 10 and launched Skybound Visions on Friday, Mezco was at booth 1253, and Super7 founder Brian Flynn was on stage Thursday at 3 PM ET. We recorded no Hasbro or Skybound G.I. Joe convention exclusive.
The rest of this page is the live record as we wrote it during the show, so its wording stays in the present tense. This part is the after-action read.
Each card is a confirmed fact with its source, followed by where the story and the permanent pages live on this site.

Three books across two panels. On Friday, Skybound Visions launched as a new imprint run with Image Comics and made in collaboration with Hasbro and Universal, and its G.I. On Saturday it solicited two Energon Universe books for January 2027: M.A.S.K. #8 on January 6, which brings Battle Force 2000 in and came with two Pye Parr character design sheets naming all seven, and G.I.
